[Monster 1.1.2] Mystcraft

Hello Guys

I play FTB - Monster(1.1.2) on a small Server with few friends. Now i want to create a new world with Mystcraft. Iam searching for a good combination for "Dens Ore" and a Lava Ocean World...

Iam google for a while, but every combination i found was incorect or instable .. Has anybody a good combination for this two Worlds? I need a good Dens Ore World with a lot of Ores and stable. And a world only with lava..

Please help me
