Long story short, i've been growing wither skulls on my funnyfarm and now i'm killing dozens of withers with a fortune III sword of DOOM.
It's reliably dropping 2 division sigils each kill, so pretty soon I should have enough to make a TON of unstable ingots.
I might make a nice pavilion out of unstable ingot blocks, they look purty.
