Teleporting to a moving block?

I have recently built a mobile base in my world using MFFS Force Manipulators and I want to be able to teleport up there from my on-ground base, but I cannot find a way...

What I have tried:

Portal Guns
Portal Gun Frames
IC2 Teleporter

Anyone any suggestions???
