Lighting glitch, direwolf20 mod pack

Hey there, i have a problem with lighting, i have built a room underground, and natural light apears through the ceiling. I have used normal minecraft stone bricks, and on top, there are natural minecraft grass, annonce who could give me a suggestion for shag i can do to fix it
