Do people still make these, and if so is fuel even good for anything besides combustion engines? I always had fun setting up an oil rig. They way I did it requires a TON of iron and combustion engines, but I find it fun. I start with a pump and put 4 engines around it, then tanks on top of it. Once I get 50 tanks of oil I put 4 refineries around the tank and connect them to the fuel tanks. Then I stick as many combustion engines as it can take.
