I'm using the most recent Direwof20 modpack in case that helps identify the versions of Tesseract etc that I'm using.
Currently I have a Tesseract surrounded by 4 BC Quarries. As I understood from researching, the BC Quarry would accept power and send items by being placed directly next to the Quarry so I thought I would be clever and oh so simple with my setup. I've checked my freq etc multiple times, redstone is ignored, send/receive...
