Tinker's Steelworks for Newbies (A Reference Guide for the Rest Of Us!)

Tinker's Steelworks is an interesting addon to Tinker's Construct which introduces a couple of new multiblock structures, a couple of new mechanics, and a TiCo means of obtaining Steel which is fairly straightforward, but does require some infrastructure to get going.
