Is there an actual 1.6.4 version?

I've used the 1.6.2 version in the paste without any issues, now I can't. I like the user friendly gui of that map mod.
So in closing is there either a 1.6.4 version, or how do I resolve the error it is spitting out? Lastly what other minimap mods are there out there that you can add waypoints and such to, and...
